After the diagnostic is done, I call you and give you the estimate for: labor, parts and taxes. If you approve the estimate, the diagnostic fee is applied to the balance and you pay the difference, but if you don't approve the estimate the diagnostic fee is not refunded. I do my best to fix parts, but if the part is totally damaged I have to order it. The availability, price and time of delivery for parts varies.
